Appointment scheduling through our website or by telephone is subject to technician availability. While we make every effort to honor scheduled times, Upland Plumbers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, prior jobs running longer than expected, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delay.
We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work. By authorizing a job to proceed, you agree to pay the quoted amount upon completion of services. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen complications are discovered during the service. We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding with additional work. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior credit arrangements have been established in writing.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concern, which may include a return visit or, at our discretion, a partial or full refund. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service, or issues unrelated to the work performed.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
